I believe that each individual has a natural ability to heal and that therapy can be a useful tool in this journey. My approach is collaborative, and I endeavor to offer compassion, respect, and non-judgmental support within the therapeutic relationship.

I offer strategies to help those who are navigating stress and anxiety. I have extensive experience supporting individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community as well as individuals that are on the Autism Spectrum. I have also been trained in EMDR and can help those that have experienced trauma.
