I am an integrative therapist who draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness/ meditation, motivational interviewing and positive psychology, using a patient centered empowerment model and an inclusive feminist lens.
I earned my B.A. in Psychology from University of California Santa Cruz and M.A. of Clinical Counseling at Palo Alto University.
I am experienced in counseling a wide variety of socioeconomic backgrounds, ethnicities, religions, and interests. In particular I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ and gender non-binary people using an inclusive feminist lens and empowerment model. I focus on treating anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and interpersonal relationship difficulties.
