I love helping people who struggle with setting boundaries, fearing disappointing others, and navigating their own authentic path in life. I particularly enjoy working with people who have experienced religious trauma from a high control or highly conservative religion, who are choosing not to have children, or who are questioning diet culture and working to accept their bodies as they are.
