As a first-generation Indian female, I have a unique perspective on culture and family dynamics. I understand the importance of cultural/social elements in one’s development and perception. Through these experiences, I have learned that therapy is not a “one-size-fits-all” modality but instead must take into consideration each person’s unique background.
I serve young adults of all backgrounds. I am particularly interested in helping those struggling with anxiety, ADHD, body dysmorphia, depression, and attachment issues. In addition, I serve people dealing with cultural trauma.
