Hello,

Do you feel disoriented, stuck, or confused? Do you strive for connection with others or in your partnership but often feel like something is missing? For some, it can feel like you live on your own wild edge wondering how to stay yourself as you engage in the prevailing culture. For others, it can be hard to know what you feel. Our bodies, thoughts, and emotions can seem unruly and mysterious at times. Our lives take twists and turns that can be hard to talk about. No matter your experience, you deserve to know yourself, connect with others, and have a sense of belonging.

I offer an open space for individuals and couples to address personal needs and self-expression as we shape our work together. I draw on my 10+ years of experience with western and eastern philosophy, interpersonal neurobiology, somatic bodywork, and somatic movement practices.

You may feel lost or alone right now, yet a brave and powerful part of you compels you to hold onto hope that deeper healing and stronger connection are possible. I am honored to have walked with many individuals and couples over the years, and I am eager to walk with you. Call or email today to schedule a consultation.
