I have 10+ years of clinical experience with a focus on challenges faced by college students, young adults, and early-career professionals, with mood and anxiety disorders, adjustment issues, impulsivity, and ADHD. My approach is methodical and whole-person-oriented, which recognizes that the brain and body are one. Some situations require medications, while others do not; and so with medical interventions and treatment, my approach is surgical, ensuring a tailored regimen for you. While I have particular expertise in complex pharmacology, I also incorporate treatments beyond medications. With my years of experience in medical education, I use our time to help you understand what we are treating and why, prioritizing shared medical decision-making. As a board-certified physician specializing in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine with current faculty appointments, I provide up-to-date, evidence-based care.
