Hello! I work with people, especially women and LGBTQ+, on feeling connected to their truest selves and living fiercely in the world as who they are. We face so many obstacles on the way to this, like sexual assault, family trauma, feeling unprepared for life, anxiety, religious trauma, identity, and depression... I see my job as helping you work through those things so that they no longer get in the way of you being your brightest, bravest, most free self.
