Are you feeling overwhelmed? Do you keep spinning the same self-critical story in your head? Do you keep everything bottled up inside? Do you feel disconnected, like you don't know yourself anymore? I have dedicated years to working with trauma survivors. I understand how trauma hijacks the body and mind, leaving us dysregulated, confused and ashamed. Our work together will focus on creating safety within and reducing distress, so that you can feel present in your life and with yourself. All are welcome in my practice! I approach each client as unique, appreciating all aspects of identity. I am dedicated to helping my clients transform old stories of shame and embrace their true worth. You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to listen. Together we will find healthy ways for you to cope, process trauma and grief, and tap into your inner resources to find calm, courage, and hope. You deserve to feel seen and heard!
