Greater Boston Therapy

Licensed Educational Psychologist, MA, CAGS, LEP, NCSP
Accepting clients Last Updated 12 days ago

While I personalize treatment to meet each individual's needs, I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and interpersonal psychotherapy treatment techniques. In our sessions together, you can expect my therapeutic style to be warm, empathetic and person-centered. Therapy should not be one-size-fits-all and I recognize that every client brings a different story to session. You are the expert of your own experience and I will take the time to understand how we can collaborate together to work on your own personal therapeutic goals. We will work to help you develop new tools, process your experiences, emphasize your strengths and celebrate the little victories along the way.

I have extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults who are facing stress related to high-pressure academic and professional responsibilities.

I am licensed to provide comprehensive, individualized assessments of a person’s cognitive, social/emotional and academic skills in order to get a detailed picture of his/her/they’s learning strengths or weaknesses. I help clients receive accommodations in college, such as extended time and testing in a separate location.
