In my time as a therapist, I have worked closely with adolescents and adults struggling to cope with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I also have experience working with individuals with mood, personality, and substance use disorders. I have provided care in both outpatient and residential settings, collaborating with a diverse client base and utilizing evidence-based and compassionate care. I am committed to approaching each therapeutic relationship with a trauma-informed, nonjudgmental, and affirming perspective. My goal is to create a safe, yet brave space for you to explore, reflect, and grow.
I implement mindfulness concepts and techniques to support clients in practicing acceptance and non-judgment towards themselves. I have extensive training in the modalities of Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I'm also trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy to treat PTSD.
Often the hardest part of any wellness journey is starting a new therapeutic relationship. I invite you to connect with me for a 15-minute consultation call if you feel we may be a good fit. I look forward to learning more about you!
