Hi I'm Kaitlin! I specialize in supporting college-age students and young adults who are navigating the complex challenges of adolescence and adulthood.

From dealing with anxiety, stress, and depression to overcoming self-esteem challenges, I understand how overwhelming this time can be. If you're struggling with identity development, experiencing relationship conflicts, or feeling lost in the midst of life transitions, I'm here to guide you. Together, we can build the skills needed to manage these relational dynamics.

I understand that therapy can be challenging and I use humor and authenticity to make it approachable. I take a holistic perspective, and value the broader context of each client’s experience. Employing a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach, I customize therapy to meet each individual’s needs, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities.
I am committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can find support and healing. I am so honored to support you as you embark on the difficult, but very rewarding journey that is therapy and healing!
