I am a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive therapist who has dedicated myself to helping individuals with a history of trauma and life challenges stemming from mental health issues. In my daily practice, I primarily work with people who are struggling with trauma history, resulting in conditions such as PTSD, C-PTSD, Panic Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Codependency, Dissociation, and Addiction.

I am trained in addiction and trauma recovery work, and I am a certified EMDR therapist through EMDRIA (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing International Association). Currently, I am undergoing various IFS (Internal Family Systems) based training.

In my daily practice, I incorporate techniques from EMDR, IFS, Motivational Interviewing, Existential Therapy, and Relationship Therapy. During my sessions, I use EMDR and IFS to access and process difficult memories in order to facilitate psychological healing.

What distinguishes my therapy is my unwavering commitment to creating a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. I believe in the power of collaboration and work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and mutual goals. As a member of a minority, I deeply understand the importance of cultural sensitivity and strive to provide a therapeutic space where clients from all backgrounds can feel valued and heard.

Beyond my professional practice, I am a lifelong learner, keeping up with the latest developments in the field of mental health.
