My expertise lies in working with clients struggling with Anxiety, OCD, Eating Disorders, and grief and loss (of both human and animal family members). I often work with clients who are experiencing depression, body image or self-esteem issues, struggles related to ADHD, and are feeling stuck when it comes to their personal and professional goals.
I have advanced training in both cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic therapies, and my extensive background in the fitness industry allows me to incorporate mindfulness strategies, yoga, and mind-body techniques in treatment.
