Are you feeling overwhelmed? Worried? Do you struggle with transition and change? Are you wondering how to silence that voice in your head asking “Am I even worth it?” and build confidence and self-trust? If these experiences and questions sound familiar to you I encourage you to reach out and we can begin to work through them. Life can often feel overwhelming and reaching out for support and prioritizing self-care can feel difficult. I am here to provide you with kindness, compassion, and help you believe that you are worth it.

I work with young adults to help them understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behavior and how to transform harmful thought and behavior patterns.

Together, we can build up your skills in navigating life transitions, managing mental health symptoms, reducing distress, exploring relationship problems, and developing long-term coping strategies through shared empathy and good humor as fellow humans. I am honored to work with you as my client.
