Pre-Licensed Professional
Accepting clients Last Updated 30+ days ago

I provide individual therapy to address wide variety of challenges related to both mental health and life transitions. These include, but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, suicidal ideation and self-harm, difficulties adjusting to college, and other life stressors.

College can be equally exciting and stressful. I focus on the specific needs of each person and collaborate on finding a structure of support that is most effective for that person. I value the idea that the client is the expert and that their voice should be at the forefront of the therapeutic work. I hope that you find this space to be warm, safe, and free of judgement.
