Hello, I'm Mia! Are you having a difficult time enjoying life the way you used to? Do you constantly feel on edge and find yourself easily overwhelmed by everyday tasks? My focus is on using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a strength-based approach to help adults find different perspectives on the issues they are facing, empowering them towards change. I can help you find solutions to the roadblocks that keep you stuck from making positive changes in your life.

I hold a Master's degree (MA) and am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist. With years of experience working with individuals and couples, I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, grief/bereavement, intimate/romantic relationships, life transitions, sex/intimacy issues, and stress. My approach involves uncovering the personal unconscious that drives our maladaptive thoughts and behaviors, which often serve as barriers to being the best version of ourselves, even on the hard days.

I am excited to work alongside you in addressing anxiety, depression, and other stress-related disorders that could stem from experiencing highly distressing emotions and low self-esteem, which are leading to problems in interpersonal relationships. My goal is to work collaboratively with you in identifying your desirable outcomes in therapy and creating a positive outlook on life.

Please feel free to contact me at miawinlmft@gmail.com or message me here on SonderMind. I look forward to hearing from you!
