Do you feel stuck in negative thought patterns? Having a tough time moving past a traumatic experience? Are you struggling to express and enforce boundaries with others? Sometimes talking with family or friends can help, however, sometimes you may need more. This is where I can help. I'm passionate about working with teens, young adults, couples, and families to find balance and re-establish purpose in their life by using skills-based practices. I have a special interest in helping people learn skills to decrease anxiety, depression, conduct disorders, low self-esteem, school related issues, and trauma impact.
My therapeutic style is eclectic and tailored to each client’s needs and wishes for success in therapy. I have a genuine, open, and goal-oriented approach and will use different interventions. You are unique, so your time in therapy should be too.
As a therapist, my main goal in working with you is for you to feel empowered and develop an increased understanding of yourself. I have found therapy to be most beneficial when it is collaborative, and clients are motivated for change. I will provide a safe space for you while offering my objective perspective and expertise. Are you ready to create change for yourself and live a more fulfilling life?

I enjoy helping others process and work through past traumatic events. I welcome and embrace those who identify within the LGBTQ+ community. The goal is for you to be comfortable and get what YOU want out of therapy! Reach out or check out my website for more info!
