I work with individuals wanting to better their relationship with themselves, and cultivate genuine connection and joy with others. I help to bring intentional awareness to previous patterns and what’s happening inside, so that you can begin creating new patterns and connect more with your authentic self. I specialize in relational and sexual concerns such as intimacy, consent and negotiation, and communication. I have experience working with sexually and relationally expansive individuals, navigating designer Polyam/CNM relationships as a certified kink and poly-informed therapist.

Relationships, identity, sex, and intimacy can be hard to talk about, and you don’t have to do this on your own! I value collaboration, participation, willingness, and engagement, and my hope is that therapy can support you in finding increased capacity for connection, choice, and clarity. Together, we will work to improve your current and future relationships in accordance with your needs and values.
