Psychologist, PhD
Last Updated 30+ days ago

I work with those seeking help with a variety of life stressors or mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety (including fears, worry, panic, and social anxiety), stress management, disordered eating, trauma, sleep issues, adjustment difficulties, and work/life balance.

Depending on your unique needs and situation, I integrate strategies from a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, CBT for Insomnia, CBT for Chronic Pain, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD.

My approach is warm, open, and collaborative, and I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and accepting environment where we can explore your present concerns, values, and goals. This may include exploration of repeated patterns, understanding the impact of previous life experiences, and/or practicing new skills. My therapy approach is uniquely tailored for each client and modified as needed throughout our work together.
