To hold multiple identities can feel isolating. Together, we explore ways to cultivate grounding and calmness in your daily life, not only to survive but to thrive. This is a process that takes patience and courage but we will work together to help you feel lighter.
My work is culturally-sensitive and trauma-informed to address a multitude of influences in your life. I also have experience working with complex trauma and grief. As a clinician with training in Brainspotting, I incorporate somatic techniques in addition to traditional talk therapy to explore the mind-body connections.
I am here to offer a safe space to explore, to give you a gentle nudge, and to be a witness in your journey to heal. We will work collaboratively to create therapy goals that cater to your needs.
