I am passionate about working with clients and learning how to best navigate your struggles as a team. If you are a professional struggling with anxiety, navigating college or entering the working world, starting or ending a new relationship, struggling with emotional regulation regarding depression, or having a hard time with disordered eating and body image, it is my goal to help you reaffirm your strengths and identify new skills to reach your goals. I aim to create a non-judgmental and supportive environment where we can reflect on your past experiences, your successes, and discuss growth. I offer a collaborative approach and can support you using various therapy tools, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical- Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy. I am also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention, which can help with OCD. We all have the strengths to navigate the messy moments in life, but adjusting can be hard at times. My hope in creating a non-judgmental environment is to provide a safe place for you to work through your thoughts and emotions in an unfiltered way. The first step is hard and I hope to be a part of your growth in any way I can!

As a therapist, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other strategies to help clients explore the interactions between their thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors. My style is collaborative, client-driven, and forward-focused. Additionally, I enjoy looking at the systemic factors in a person's life, including family dynamics, relationships at work or school, and even interactions with friends or partners. My purpose is to help you maximize the opportunities in your life to achieve your goals through empathy and a strength-based focus. I specialize in anger and anxiety management across the life span, especially with teens and adults. I am certified in Thinking for a Change (T4C) and Aggression Replacement Training (ART). Additionally, I have extensive experience working with and advocating for people going through the legal system, including people facing domestic violence charges. I invite you to reach out to schedule a session by contacting our office to see if we would be a good therapeutic fit. I look forward to talking with and meeting you to help you achieve your goals!

I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist offering therapy for individuals, couples, and families in Pennsylvania and New Hampshire. I’m also the founder of Nourished Resilience, a practice rooted in the belief that healing happens in safe, connected relationships—within ourselves and with others. I work with adolescents (14+), adults, and couples navigating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and relationship concerns. I also help clients explore the impact of family-of-origin dynamics and rebuild trust in themselves and their relationships. With training in both individual and relational systems, I offer therapy that honors the complexity of your inner and outer worlds. In addition to clinical work, I’ve held leadership roles in supervision and program development, and I bring that depth of experience into each session. 🎓 You Don’t Have to Figure It All Out Alone College can be exciting—but also overwhelming, confusing, and sometimes lonely. If you’re feeling anxious, burned out, unsure of who you are, or just stuck, you’re not the only one—and you don’t have to go it alone. 💬 What We Talk About Students I work with often share: Academic and social anxiety Burnout and perfectionism Identity questions around gender, culture, or sexuality Family and relationship struggles That lingering “What’s wrong with me?” feeling 🌱 What to Expect I keep things warm, open, and straightforward—no psychobabble. We’ll move at your pace, and talk about what matters most to you. This space is about feeling heard, not judged. ✨ Why You Might Feel at Home Here You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy. If you’re thoughtful, curious, or just tired of keeping it all in—this could be the support you’ve been looking for.

Maybe chronic stress, anxiety, or trauma has your nervous system stuck on high alert, so that even when life is relatively stable, you don't actually feel that way. Maybe your past experiences show up now as hypervigilance, tension, irritability, insomnia, or shutting down. Maybe you're managing burnout, depression, relationship struggles, or patterns you just can't seem to shake. Maybe you're tired of merely surviving and ready to actually feel different. With a background in social justice, many of my clients are queer, activists, neurodivergent, and others for whom identity/politics/systemic context are part of their story. We start by helping your body feel safer through various approaches such as biofeedback, breathwork/meditation, or the Safe and Sound Protocol so your nervous system doesn’t have to work so hard. From there, we look deeper at the patterns, relationships, and stories that shaped how you move through the world. We explore what matters to you at your own pace. Our work together isn't about fixing what's "wrong" with you. It's about understanding what has happened to you, how you've adapted, and finding out what is possible when we have more awareness and more options. My approach is a deeply relational one. You're the expert on your own life and I'm here to serve as a supporter and collaborator in the process.

College can be an exciting time, but it can also feel overwhelming. You may be juggling academic pressure, relationships, identity questions, family expectations, or uncertainty about the future. Maybe you notice patterns in your relationships that don’t feel good, feel stuck in anxiety or low mood, or are struggling to cope with stress, loss, or change. If you’re looking for support, insight, and practical tools to help you feel more grounded and connected, therapy can be a meaningful place to start. I approach therapy as a collaborative and supportive process, creating a space that is accepting, compassionate, and non-judgmental. Together, we’ll work to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while developing skills to navigate challenges more effectively. As you build awareness and learn to relate to yourself with greater kindness and presence, you may feel more confident handling stress, setting boundaries, and making choices that align with your values. I work with college students, adolescents, and adults. My primary approach, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), is especially helpful for managing anxiety, depression, academic stress, and relationship concerns. I also have experience working with trauma, addiction, and gambling-related issues. My goal is to support you in developing resilience, strengthening your sense of identity, and creating a college experience—and life beyond campus—that feels more balanced, meaningful, and authentic.

At some point along the journey, our stories demand to be told. Whether through painful emotional and physical symptoms, relationship struggles, or other interruptive experiences, our lives catch up to us. They ask for our attention. Therapy is a place where, together, we can pay closer attention to your story and the person you are becoming. We are all always in process. I believe that we can experience true healing in a human encounter, and I strive to deeply listen to my clients, bringing curiosity and attention to the parts of you that may have gone unnoticed. Approach to Therapy My counseling approach is rooted in relational psychodynamic therapy, which focuses on patterns and themes from early childhood and how they show up in your life today. This approach also emphasizes the relationship between the therapist and client as a vehicle for healing and change. It’s important to find someone you feel comfortable with, and it may take you some time to discern the right fit. I respect the vulnerability and bravery required to step into this work, and aim to meet you with humility, curiosity, and a responsible awareness of my own intersecting identities. Each person brings unique concerns and needs, and I am committed to ongoing research and training to provide the best care I can. I draw from a variety of approaches, including attachment-based therapy, family systems work, liberation psychology, Internal Family Systems (informed, not certified), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Narrative-Focused Trauma Therapy. Background: I have worked with at-risk youth, college students, and folks from all walks of life in outpatient and community mental health settings. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music and Theater, and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology with a Concentration in Trauma and Abuse from the Seattle School (2023). Outside of therapy, I enjoy lots of things, including yoga, performing arts, poetry, and being outside!
