At Four Pillars we believe in everyone's potential to grow, transform and develop a loving relationship with Self. Whatever your unique struggle, we will meet you where you are without judgement. You deserve to experience the fullness of your best possible self, and we consider it a great honor to help facilitate that journey, wherever it may lead. If insight alone hasn’t changed your patterns, something deeper is begging to be understood. High functioing anxiety? Disconnected, or stuck in repeating relationship and life patterns? Overwhelmed or just plain blah? It's life changing to incorporate body, mind and heart to fully develop a strong internal sense of self. I integrate psychotherapy with the Enneagram and yoga therapy to uncover the unconscious patterns driving stress, attachment, and emotional reactivity. Knowing your Enneagram type and subtype often accelerates therapy by revealing why you cope the way you do—so change becomes embodied, precise, and lasting. With 25+ years of experience, I offer a holistic, trauma-informed approach integrating cognitive behavioral and somatic therapy. My style is straightforward and supportive. As a 2x published author, Enneagram-certified therapist, and yoga therapist, I work with individuals and couples to customize mind-body treatment that supports real, lasting change. Witnessing the transformation as you move from wounded, unbalanced and fearful, to being empowered, focused and self-reliant, is one of my greatest rewards. The power of growth never fails to amaze me, and I am grateful to be part of your journey! I welcome you to begin this process! Now, all you have to do is click the button to start. I've got you! :)
Hi there! I'm so glad our paths have crossed here. Are you feeling stuck? Do you notice patterns in your life that seem impossible to break? Are past traumas continuing to affect your present? You are in the right place. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating the effects of addiction and trauma in daily life. My ideal clients are seeking healing, greater self-confidence, healthier relationships, and improved emotional and physical well-being. Together, we’ll explore ways to create the life that you envision for yourself: a life worth living.
In today’s fast-paced world, many people are expected to keep pushing forward while quietly carrying the emotional and physical burden of chronic illness. I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating chronic health conditions and the psychological challenges that often accompany them, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relational distress, and disenfranchised grief. I believe in a holistic path to healing; a path where the mind, body and spirit is embraced in the work that we will do together. I primarily use a combination of IFS, mindfulness, SE, hypnotherapy, CBT, ACT, and narrative therapies. Over the last 20 years I have worked extensively in a variety of healthcare settings including long-term care, hospice, and an acute care hospital setting. Recently, I worked as a medical social worker in the ICU during the COVID-19 pandemic where I supported patients and their loved ones in navigating the unknown. I also have experience in supporting those who suffer from more rare illnesses including autoimmune diseases, multiple chemical sensitivities, mast cell activation syndrome, chronic inflammatory response syndrome, and chronic Lyme. Working in a variety of healthcare settings has provided me with a unique lens into the many needs and adversities that individuals encounter in the US healthcare system. Through my experiences I have seen firsthand how connected our minds and bodies are, which led me to study interventions and techniques that can help manage a multitude of symptoms such as anxiety, pain, GI distress, and much more. I also have additional training in trauma-informed care and am now a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I work hard to find the right combination of therapeutic interventions to meet each individual's needs.
Hi, I’m Ana, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy in Colorado. You may appear to have everything together, yet inside you feel exhausted, disconnected, or like you are constantly masking parts of who you are. Many of the people I work with feel caught between identities, cultures, or expectations that never quite feel like home. I work with young adults and adults (ages 18-30s) navigating trauma symptoms, burnout, high-functioning anxiety, identity-related stress, and feeling detached from themselves. Many are college students or early-career professionals trying to understand who they are and build a life that feels more aligned with their identity and values. My approach centers the connection between identity, culture/environment, and the whole Self--mind, body, heart, spirit, and soul. Drawing from somatic therapy, trauma-informed care, multicultural therapy, IFS-informed parts work, and systems perspectives, I help clients understand the protective patterns that once served them, reconnect with themselves on a deeper level, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, intentional, and aligned with who they are. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you have not always felt understood or supported in other spaces. I offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation where we can talk about what brings you here, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit for you.
As an Individual and Couples Therapist, I am passionate about helping you create the life and relationships you desire by identifying your strengths and giving you tools to lead to that life. My clients report feeling more empowered and excited about life, and most wish they had started counseling sooner. Therapy can feel intimidating. But so does white-knuckling through another week alone. I offer a safe, judgment-free space where healing can take place. If you think I might be a good fit for you, reach out via phone, text or email to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to learn more. I look forward to talking with you!

Hi! I'm Allison. I'm here to help you with the stress, overwhelm, and anxiety you're feeling as you try to lead the life you want. If you're tired of being REALLY hard on yourself and you want to start letting go of that and be more content with who you are, reach out. I'm anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergence affirming, and I'm ready to support you. I see clients in person near I25 and Colorado in Denver or by telehealth. My goal is to meet you where you are and understand what you want to work on – you’re the expert on your life but I can help you see it differently and make the changes you want. That might include coping strategies, looking at your needs, strengths, and values, using brain/body techniques like Brainspotting to release uncomfortable emotions, and more. I always start with the relationship because you can’t work with someone you don’t trust. I am calm, focused, and empathetic, and I still have a sense of humor. I’m always authentic (and I’m not always the textbook therapist) and I give you the space to be the real you. I’ll see you, I’ll accept you, and I’ll have your back as you make the changes you want. Reach out today for your free 30 minute consultation! You can call, email, or text.
I'm an LGBTQIA+, anxiety, and trauma therapist, working with students across Colorado. Do you feel weighed down by anxiety, trauma, identity struggles, or the lasting impact of religious harm? Many of my clients are LGBTQIA+ adults or survivors of religious trauma who carry exhaustion, dread, and fear from living in systems that questioned, silenced, or shamed who they are. Clients also come to me with anxiety, which often shows up as hypervigilance, burnout, or the ache of feeling like you're not enough. You may long for healing and the freedom to be fully yourself. You are not alone, healing is possible, and your story matters. I provide affirming, trauma-informed therapy rooted in narrative, somatic, and liberation-focused practices. Together we’ll untangle harmful messages that have shaped you, teach your body to feel safe, calm your nervous system, and re-author the stories holding you back. You'll reclaim your identity while moving toward a more authentic and empowered life. As a queer-affirming, feminist, and anti-oppressive therapist, I offer care that is tender, respectful, and at the right pace for you. Whether you’re healing from trauma, recovering from a harmful spiritual background, or seeking growth beyond anxiety or hard life transitions, I'll walk with you in it. Let’s be real — the state of the world right now is heavy. As if maintaining good mental health weren’t hard enough already, right? I’m here to support with those hard day-to-day challenges, and to help you understand and shift how your past shapes the way you move through the world today. You have a story worth telling, and I want to hear it. My role is to walk beside you — offering perspective, practical tools, and space to heal. I specialize in working with trauma, grief, and anxiety, always guided by mindfulness, compassion, and a holistic perspective on healing. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities including EMDR, Internal family systems (IFS or inner child work), Somatic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I take a creative approach, weaving together tools from each of these modalities to shape a process that truly fits your needs. For more detail on each, check out the image above. Therapy should feel like a space where you’re truly supported. For some, that means sitting on a cozy couch in an office. For others, it might mean walking through a nearby park or connecting virtually from the comfort of home. You know what feels right for you — and I’d be honored to walk alongside you on that path.

While we cannot change the past, or sometimes the external stressors of our present lives, we can impact our trajectory going forward. And here at KCAPS, we believe in supporting people to do just that. We will work together, incorporating both your expertise and ours to move toward your identified treatment goals. Parts of life can be hard and we all could use a little help sometimes. It can take a lot of strength and courage to lean into that humanness, and allow for others to show up for us in that space of vulnerability. We would be honored to meet you there… contact us now!
I work with young adults who feel disconnected from themselves and others, struggling with feelings of loneliness, self-doubt, or the sense that something is missing in their lives. If you’re struggling to understand who you are or how to connect with the people and things that matter most to you, I’m here to help. Many of my clients have experienced childhood trauma or challenging family dynamics, which can lead to feelings of anxiety, depression, and isolation. Together, we’ll explore your past with compassion and focus on building the skills needed to create relationships that reflect your true self. In our work together, I’ll follow your lead. This is your journey, and I’m here to listen without judgment. As we uncover what’s causing you pain or confusion, I’ll offer tools and skills in a collaborative way to help you manage overwhelming emotions, establish healthy boundaries, and build better communication. If anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles have left you feeling stuck, I offer a supportive space for you to heal and grow. You deserve to be understood and empowered to live life on your terms. Let’s work together to help you create authentic connections, reclaim your sense of self, and find peace in your relationships.
As someone who’s always loved the creative process and felt deeply attuned to the inner world, I believe that our emotions and sensations carry important messages. They can guide us toward understanding ourselves, healing, and finding balance — especially in a college environment where it’s easy to get caught up in expectations, pressure, and constant thinking. When we disconnect from how we feel in order to “get things done,” it can lead to burnout, anxiety, or a sense of numbness. In our work together, we’ll take time to slow down and reconnect — using somatic (body-based) techniques, art-making, mindfulness, and personal reflection to help you better understand what’s happening inside. This process can be especially meaningful if you’re exploring identity, navigating relationships, managing stress, or living with neurodivergence. I support students who are dealing with anxiety, chronic pain, trauma, perfectionism, or who simply feel “different” or overwhelmed by the world. My approach is grounded in the belief that you already hold the wisdom and insight you need — my role is to help you access it with curiosity and compassion. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Transpersonal Art Therapy from Naropa University. I’m also an artist, yoga teacher, and trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). In sessions, I integrate talk therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, KAP work, and somatic practices to create a collaborative space for exploration, growth, and self-discovery. If you’re curious about working together or just want to learn more, I’d love to connect.
